1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

1.1 Age Restriction (18+)

This service is intended strictly for adults aged 18 years or older.

By using this service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Description of Service

AIM provides AI-powered media generation services (Images and Videos). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Conduct and Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, generate, or share using our service. This includes, but is not limited to:

Any images or videos you upload to our platform
Any AI-generated images or videos created using our service
Any content you share in the community feature

IMPORTANT: You represent and warrant that:

You own all rights to any images you upload, OR you have explicit permission from the rights holder.
You declare to possess all image rights for any photos sent for processing.
It is strictly prohibited to upload photos of known persons (celebrities, public figures, or private individuals) without their explicit, written consent.
It is strictly prohibited to upload photos of minors (under 18 years old) under any circumstances.
You will not use our service to create harassment, deepfakes, or harmful content targeting any individual.
You will not generate content that constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any illegal content involving minors.
You will not generate content that violates any applicable laws or third-party rights.

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

AIM is NOT responsible for any content you create or share.
AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may produce unexpected results or artifacts. Use at your own risk.
You will indemnify and hold harmless AIM from any claims arising from your use of the service.
Any legal consequences from uploading unauthorized images are YOUR sole responsibility.
We reserve the right to immediately ban users and delete any content that we suspect violates local laws, third-party rights, or these Terms, without prior notice or refund.

You agree not to use the service to generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), deepfakes of real persons without consent, or any other illegal content. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and will cooperate with law enforcement.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy rights or intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you upload or generate.

5. Limitation of Liability

AIM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any damages arising from your misuse of the service, including but not limited to uploading unauthorized images. You use this service at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

6. Credits and Payments

Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits do not expire as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, you will lose all remaining credits and access to previously generated media without refund.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your Account Settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your personal data will be anonymized, but transaction history may be retained for legal and fraud prevention purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

You own the rights to the images you generate, subject to the license terms of the AI models used and provided you have the right to use any uploaded source material. We claim no ownership over your generated content. However, this ownership is contingent on your lawful use of the service and does not transfer if you have violated these terms or applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated media will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for how you use the service or any content you create.
