Age Verification: By using our service, you confirm you are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover a user is under 18, their account and data will be immediately deleted.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, and send you related information including confirmations and invoices.

2.1 Email Communications

We may send you two types of emails:

Transactional Emails (Always Sent):

Account creation and login notifications
Purchase receipts and credit balance updates
Critical security alerts

These emails are necessary for the service and cannot be disabled.

Marketing & Promotional Emails (Your Choice):

New feature announcements
Special offers and promotions
Community highlights and tips

You control marketing emails via your Account Settings. You may opt out at any time by:

Clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email
Toggling "Receive email notifications" in Account Settings

Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional emails required for service operation.

2.2 Fraud Prevention

We collect and hash your IP address during signup to prevent abuse and duplicate accounts. This hashed data is anonymized using SHA-256 encryption and cannot be traced back to you. It is used solely for security and fraud prevention purposes as permitted by law (LGPD Art. 10, II - legitimate interest).

3. Data Storage & Content Safety

Your generated media (images, videos) and prompts are stored securely on our servers. We do not share your private generations with third parties unless required by law.

Content Safety Monitoring: While we prioritize user privacy, we employ automated safety checks to detect illegal content (such as CSAM). We do not manually review private generations unless flagged by these systems or reported.

Legal Compliance: We will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities regarding any content that violates the law, including providing user data and IP addresses if presented with a valid legal request or to report the distribution of confirmed illegal material.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to improve your experience, keep you logged in, and analyze site usage.

5. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Data Rights (GDPR Compliance)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account at any time through your Account Settings. Upon deletion:

Your personal information (email) will be anonymized
You will lose access to all generated media and credits
Credits are non-refundable
Transaction history is retained for fraud prevention and audit purposes as permitted by law
